It's really aggravating when you can't continue a story through a quest that's bugged and can't be started/turned in. As of now, I'm stuck at the Dampened Spirits quest for the Thieves Guild. Along with many other people who can't start that quest because the quest giver doesn't have the required dialogue for it.

Such a shame, this started off as a great game. Bethesda already acknowledged the frame rate/lag issue for the upcoming patch, I hope they acknowledge this issue as well.
