They're looking into it, not fixing it. At the moment anyway. We all need to wait until the game goes worldwide, then the big marketing will be done and Bethesda will be more likely to announce and work on huge faults like these. It seems like everyone has a different way to fix the problem so my suggestion is to do this: IGNORE WHAT EVERYONE ELSE TELLS YOU TO DO, and troubleshoot yourself.
I personally am going to:1- put game in, clear cache and play. If I notice no problems, or problems, I'll quit to dashboard and install it on my HDD.
2- If there is no problem now, whether there was or not when it wasn't installed then I'll be good to go
3- If the textures look bad on both disk and HDD I'll uninstall and put it on my 3.81g EMPTY flashdrive.
4- Problems STILL persist, I'm totally [censored] and I'll have to take note of which looked the best and wait for a patch.
Good luck everyone. Hopefully this will get straightened out before I get my copy, hopefully on Saturday.
