What makes you think she wants to be adopted? Story-wise she surely doesn't feel the need of being part of an ordinary family anymore. Being able to adopt her would be a goofy mistake by the devs.

Babette can handle herself better than most advlt in Skyrim. I don't want a kid with those kind of abilities.

I'm not sure if I would want Arentino either. Nice kid but chanting the Black Sacrement over and over for days on end might of done something to his head. The poor kid even mentions that he wants to join the Dark Brotherhood after you finish off 'ole Grelod.

Babette will turn you down citing her chequred vampire past, she might even drop a hint about not going into temples for adoption.

I'd lay good odds that Aventus will be adoptable, as will the kids at Honorhall.
Babette, however? I seriously doubt it. She's already got a family anyway, and it's way creepier than the Addams's.

I expect that Arentino will be adoptable, but Babete will not. Of that I can almost promise you

Adopting the boy from the Aretino family would make a lot of sense story wise, especially after having "helped him" (one way or the other).

Perhaps you will be able to adopt him as a DB apprentice?

I wouldn't want Babette living under my roof anyway. I might wake up a vampire. Or not wake up at all.

What if a good character destroyed the DB? The boy still sees the player as a hero, it would be a good opportunity to teach him that violence has to be only used when every other option is no longer viable, not as an easy shortcut to fame/power/richness.

Also, I wouldn't want to get Aventus and Babette together. She'd probably bite him, and then there'd be two evil crazy psycho ageless blood-svcking pint-sized assassins!
