[WIPz] Better Raven Rock

I suppose I should start a WIP thread for this, since I'm quite some way in. Yes, yes, I know I should be finishing up Solstheim Castle, but that entails many months of work and I thought I'd leap on my current wave of inspiration and something needed to be done about Raven Rock.

What's in it?

It started as a request for a player home in Raven Rock - something simple and uncluttered with lots of storage and an alchemy and enchanting lab upstairs
Then I built a more detailed player home - again, plenty of storage and alchemy/enchanting but lots of clutter
(These occupy the old 'abandoned house' sites where there were just foundations)
The remaining crumbling-foundations bit has tents on it so the guards have something to grumble about

I have improved the tavern, to make it look more like a tavern (with a wooden overhangy bit above the bar with mugs hanging down, that sort of thing), more tables/chairs and a half-dozen basic NPCs to make it look more crowded

I have improved the buyable house, Severin Manor, just by adding some more lights (fxglow rather than dynamic so you don't get flickering) and a bathroom area and prettied up the miniature garden, thrown in a few pot plants and candles and a couple of armchairs by the fire, that sort of thing - really minor stuff but makes it warmer and more homely

I have added a new area, Raven Rock-under-Skar, which will resemble Ald'run-under-Skar from Morrowind: an underground residential and trading area. It will have a small market, a couple of high-end shops and a few manor houses.

This is a really small expansion, but hopefully it will make Raven Rock seem more like a functioning hub rather than a semi-abandoned hamlet.
