A BIG Thank you Bethesda!

Tihs has been a lot of fun!

It is nice to see all the diffrrent storage options....and plenty of them.

I cant decide which of the 3 manors I like best.

Each one has it's own unique view and outside ammenities.

The only thing missing for me is an option for a cofffin or two for vamp lords and Serana.

Other than that......................BRAVO!!!

Keep up the great work and keep those blue-sky ideas flowing!

You can totally put a coffin in the cellar.

Barren's a view?

Too bad the outside amenities are the only differences. Everything else about the houses is copy/paste.

I love this DLC as well. It's nice to have a house outside a city where I can live in peace. The view from Lakeside Manor (Falkreath) is especially breathtaking.

Plus the addition of adopting children is awesome. Finally feels like I have a family to come home to. Though it would be awesome to have your OWN child, and raise him/her from a baby to an advlt (to become a possible follower as well).

The only thing I dislike is the lack of customization when adding wings to a house. I wish I could have both a bedroom area AND the enchanter's tower. But since they're both west wind additions - I can only choose one. They should have put it (or add it in a patch) where you can add whatever wing you want, on whatever side you want.

But for $5, I wasn't expecting too much. But it's still a nice addition.

And play for 18 years of game time? Even at 20-1 time compression, that's 11 months of solid Skyrim playing. That might be a bit much for some people.

Yeah, that's why I figured they didn't add it. Otherwise it would feel like Fable, where I'm gone for one exploration, and come back to a house full of kids.

Of course it would be. That's the one that I can't get. Apparently the glitch that's been around since the vanilla version (that they still haven't fixed) that sometimes doesn't let you become a Thane in Falkreath affects the housing. I've done every quest in the city. No one's giving radiant quests anymore, and I still don't have the option of going after the bandit leader like the FAQ says.

Sigh.

I managed to get the property without being the Thane at all. I started a new game, and soon enough got a letter from the Jarl (After a few main quests). After doing a brief minor quest for him, he allowed me to buy the land, and began the side quest to become Thane. So I own the land, and I'm still not the Thane.

Or it could just be the glitch itself.

I already have the other two houses fully built. At this point, I'm just trying to finish the achievements. I doubt I'll start over until they release some Shivering Isles-sized DLC. It's not worth it to me at this point. :ermm:

Lol. Come on now. That's very narrow-minded thinking. If they wanted to, they could. The baby would be born and in about 30 days they become a child, and within three months of game time, they could be a full grown advlt that could even follow you during your adventures.

Bethesda doesn't want to otherwise they would have done it already.
