In Freeside, you can start a quest chain at the energy weapons store, and it eventually leads you to trying to get Cass to follow you. Unfortunately, I can't find a way without having at least 50 in the speech or barter skills. I was wondering if someone else had found a way to get her to follow you without requiring such an investment in those skills.

I would also like to know, considering I FAILED the birds of a feather quest. Stupid terrorists.... <_<

Can't you just recruit her as a follower? That is what I did and it worked (but until I reloaded based on the outcome of that part of the mission).
