I'm playing a female character currently who has the Black Widow perk, but the BW dialogue option doesn't show up when I confront Benny at the Tops casino. Is there some other requirement for this option to be available? My speech and charisma stats are very low, but even after increasing them with the console I still don't get the Black Widow dialogue option for Benny. Any ideas what might be causing this?

He needs to go to his room first, in the suite you can seduce him

No, the Black Widow option should be available when talking to him in the casino, and it only requires the perk.

Are you using mods?

No, none whatsoever. I've looked at some videos on youtube, and one of them is in the same location I'm at (very back of the casino floor with the four bodyguards). The Black Widow dialogue option is the first one for them, but it just isn't showing up for me.

Worked for me. I had the speech option when confronting him in the casino.

try talk to swank and send benny to suite, see what's happening.

I tried that also. That results in a different conversation tree, but still no Black Widow option.
