So ive recruited 3 members to the blades. Lydia, Kharjo, and Mjoll.

I walked out of Sky Haven Temple and debating on what I was going to do, buuuuuut then I hear the fighting music turn and, turn around and see Lydia and Kharjo engaged in a fight to the death! Kharjo kicked her ass and she died.... I reloaded it thinking it must have been a bug but then they started going at it again and I dont know why!

Is this suppose to happen? Are they getting jealous over who gets to follow the dragonborn or something?

Did you drop something? A valuable weapon or a piece of jewelry..?

I haven't dropped anything in or around Sky Haven Temple.

Ok so ive reloaded it like 5 times now and have noticed that it looks like its somehow scripted. When I walk outside with Kharjo following me, he will begin to walk to the steps by himself (ignoring me when i tell him to wait here) and then the 2 stand facing one another, put their fist to their chests, and then draw their weapons.

Its really beginning to piss me off though, not sure why its happening!

Ok so I think I figured it out.

I took away both their enchanted weapons and they continued to fight but not to the death this time. My guess is that these fights are scripted and are suppose to last a certain amount of time but they do not take into consideration enchantments on gear and weapons.

yeah, it sounds like they are sparring. i would make sure they only have base blade gear to avoid accidental deaths.

They train with each other, the enchanted weapons you gave them must have been too powerful so they died too quickly

Interesting. No wonder Blades are at an all time low number.

i thought about doing that quest but after they treat their friends nope
