Any thoughts on how to fix this? Over 270 hours played and I can't proceed with the MQ.

I followed Delphine from Riverwood to the burial mound and killed the dragon. The quest journal says to speak with her, but there's no dialog option to advance the quest. There's a couple older dialog options about being dragonborn and the thalmor, but niether update the journal.

I've tried previous saves with the same results.
I've loaded vanilla and tired it with same results. I only have one weapon mod, but trying it without it didn't help.
I've tried running the entire way and again fast traveling, but it didn't help.
I can finish the quest via console and it gives me a key to her secret room at the inn, but the next quest (Diplomatic Immunity) doesn't start. She walks back to Riverwood and doesn't offer any new dialog to begin the quest once there.

Does anyone know of a way around this? It would be devastating to have to start over at this point. I have finished the Thieves Guild quests, Dark Brotherhood quests, thane in quite a few places, collected many of the daedra artifacts, etc. I was sort of saving the MQ for last. =/

This happens because you picked up to many sidequests or misc quests when doing the main quest, i know this because i had the same problem in my previous game and i fixed it by doing the sidequests first, i cannot tell you what quest that conflicts with it because i never figured out i just did them all before i continued on with the main quest.

Load your last good save before running to Kynesgrove, then do your sidequests and remember to save often, after that talking to Delphine should complete "A blade in the Dark".

You may be unable to absorb Sahloknir's soul and Delphine will get stuck saying "Gods above, look at that". To fix this on the PC, you have to progress via console to stage 150, and then through the "hidden" stages 155 and 160. This will unlock her dialogue options and enable you to finish A Blade in the Dark and unlock Diplomatic Immunity.
