I found a Blanche note in the dresser where I used to keep my books in.
The title is Heljarchen Hall Charter.
What does it mean and why is this page blanco?

I dont have Hearthfire but apparently it has a house called Heljarchen Hall and when you purchase the house you will receive the said note. You mightve discovered a bug for it being blank.
