If I level up heavy armor, the armor rating from heavy armor is increased, if I level up 1 handed, the damage output of 1 handed weapons goes up, so how does leveling up block help you? (If you can be specific about figures that would be great, e.g 100 one handed doubles damage with 1 handed weapons.)
