Which Blocking feats work with it, if any?
Blocking with 2hw improves the blocking skill, but all the feats specifically mention shield in description or name, which is confusing.

Go up the right hand side. You can bash with 2H weapons so those perks are the only ones of benefit to you.

And what about the initial Shield Wall perk which increases damage blocking does it work?

i tend to think that shield wall applies to blocking with shield, 1H and 2H weapons as well.
also power bashing is highly effective against enemies that dont seem to be bothered with normal bashing also great with a weapon.
i usually slash at enemies until i see an incoming attack and then bash them to cancel their attacks. then i hit them some more. if i can get a chance than i do a power bash to stun them for longer and do a power attack, risk free.

strange thing is this. if you have a torch and a sword you CAN block... but... with the TORCH?? and of course, once the torch is out you cant block with it anymore because it completely dissapears!

hmmm. something is fishy in ol tamriel. its no wonder torches are rarer than daedric armor - bethesda hates blocking. its a conspiracy.

Torch blocking is for pros only.

So guys, it -does- or doesn't apply? 40% -is- quite a bit, would actually make 2 handers viable for full-on blocking if invested into heavily..

Just put one point into slow time and MOVE out of the path of the attack. lawl.

Yeah, well.. there is that x) But blocking is from what I hear done better now, more timing-based, so fun too..plus, it's harder to move away from 3 attacks at the same time. So I take it all blocking perks except stuff like arrows/elemental damage protection work for 2 handers as well? Including that power-attack time-slow one?

but i cant see how blocking is time based in any way, shape or form.
bashing IS time based. looks to be more effective if u bash someone AS HE'S attacking. power bash it good in any timing, though. even against dragons, i think.
