Blood-Kin of the Orcs - a question

I've taken a small break from adventuring and went about different mines to get ore and practice smithing. A few of those mines were in Orcish strongholds.

I've also done one of the tasks that allows me to become their Blood-Kin (I got rid of the Silver Blood mercenaries in Karthwasten and the female Orc there said she would spread the word).

Now, according to wikia, unless you're a Blood-Kin, Orcs will tolerate your presence in strongholds, but will say you're unwelcome and refuse to trade with you.

Right now, I'm getting mixed messages from the Orcs. On the one hand, they talk to me normally in the exterior of the stronghold; I'm also able to trade with them (tried it). However, inside the mine, there's always one female Orc who's like "Either get down to mining or get out of here"; moreover, when I entered the Longhouse (at night if it matters), I was able to talk to the chief, but again female Orcs were telling me to leave and that I'm not supposed to be there.

Why such mixed behaviour? Are there "levels" of Blood-Kinship? Should I do more quests for them to get rid of "Just leave" dialogue? My charcter's a female Dunmer, if it's of any relevance.
