What it does: The plugins will increase or decrease the amount and duration of the blood on the screen.
Use: Choose one and drop it in Skyrim\Data, then add its name including file extension to your %LocalAppData%\Skyrim\Plugins.txt file so the game will load it. You might want to place a shortcut to it in your Skyrim directory for easier access next time.
Included are:
- Blood (None).ESM
- Blood (Minimal).ESM
- Blood (Increased).ESM
- Blood (Bloodbath).ESM

It's really not something noticeable on a frame by frame basis, like a screenshot in game wouldn't really be worth a thousand words or anything in this case, but when you get splattered on (or not), the duration and amount of blood is more or less than default depending upon which iteration you're using. Screen blood in Skyrim works exactly as it did in the Fallouts.
