I changed my Fallout.ini to what Agramon said, but I still get blood over my vision...
Scratch that. I went back into my Fallout.ini and realized that the bloodsplatter setting had reverted back to 1 somehow... Hopefully it's just a fluke. I'll get back to you on whether it is or not.
Edit: It wasn't a fluke, but I've fixed it regardless. Thanks Agramon!
Edit: Scratch that again. I though I'd fixed it, but it turns out it'd mislead me again... When I try to change the .ini, it says, "This file is read only blah blah blah" so I go into the properties of the Fallout.ini and uncheck the read only option. I click apply and Ok. I close the window, and I even go back into the properties to make sure it worked, and it shows that the read only setting is unchecked. So I go to edit the .ini, I change the bloodsplatter thing from 1 to 0, go to save as, Fallout, "This file already exists" Overwrite. I close the file, open it back up to double check that it worked, and it does. However, once I go into the actual game and take damage, I still get loads of blood on my screen everytime I'm damaged. So I exit the game and go back to the .ini. Sure enough, the file has somehow reverted back to read only and bScreenSplatterEnabled=1. It's strange too, because it's not like it's the normal amount of blood on the screen that you usually get, my screen becomes like completely covered with blood, to the point where I can't see anything. Help me out guys!
