Blurry

I have a NVidia GeForce GTX 460 graphics card and can run Skyrim on max with no problems but one. My screen is all blurry, like I'm drunks, but not.

Anny way to fix it?

The worst part is that my bro has a gtx 560 and is able to play just fine.

Found the problem. For some reason when I go up to 8 samples for Antialiasing it blurs up. But at 4 it's fine.
