hey i tried to use the guy and his small boat in Dawnstar but he says hop in the boat and i do and NOTHING happens?? Now i do have Shadowmere and the stray dog with me are they messing things up?? I did tell the dog to stay and tried it again and still nothing??

If the boat isn't working and going back to a previous save doesn't work, un-install DG and then re-install it. Their may be another work around, but I don't know what it is.

I had Shadowmere and Vorstag with me and could still use the boat.

Its really not a spoiler, doesn't involve any quests or state secrets; it's just a new way of transportation.

The boat to Castle Volkihar? You can just swim to the castle. It's like straight ahead from the boat.

But to some ppl it was a spoiler. They didn't know about the "new" feature and might have liked to have found it on their own.

I post some of my pic's In the DG thread instead of the Skyrim picture thread because my character is wearing a Vampire outfit....it isn't a state secret or quest item BUT you can't get it in vanilla Skyrim... spoiler for someone that want's surprises.

I know this is going to sound stupid, but did you just physically jump in the boat, because you need to click on it to activatie it just like the carriage.
