Body oriented damage

Title pretty much says it all.
Say I'm an archer adventurer, my arrow should do more damage to the face than the knee :3

Maybe even add a system where if you take more damage to the arms, you will attack a little slower. Legs, move slower. Sttackede to the head, screen get a little disoriented.
Thoughts?

Interesting idea, but hard to implement, especially in an mmo. Even skyrim doesn't have it.

I immediately imagined the deep voiced "headshot!" and "killing spree!"

If you recall the combat in Oblivion and Skyrim, well you were actually happy to hit the opponent not thinking much where to hit him. Especially in PvP there would be damn lot of movement. Then there are tech limits too, we havent had confirmed real projectile ranged weaponry yet, they still work on implementing it
