I lost ED-E in the mountains when we were ambushed by Cazadors...poor little guy didnt have a chance. Then headed up to Black Mountain where I lost Boone. Incenerator got him. Boone was a big help to me, he was just not stealthy at all. I need to go find a couple more companions...

Veronica with T-51b and her Bonds of Steel personal quest perk is pretty tough.

on the topic, companions don't need ammo do they? every time i check boone's inventory he doesn't have ammo but he just keeps shooting. so i can just give them a great weapon without having to resupply them with ammo?

I thought unlimited ammo was only for the default weapon. I may be mistaken here. idk.

I am playing on hardcoe. I gave him weapons and other things when I am overcumbered. His Sniper-Rifle never ran out of ammo. He was Bad-@ss with that gun too. I'm gonna miss him...
