BoS, Enclave, Great Khan glitches.

Here are some, or what I think are, glitches I have encountered.

1. For Auld Lang Syne: When I go to complete the quest, I am not approached by Arcade Gannon when I leave the bunker, therefore I can not receove the Gannon Family Tesla Armor. Whenever I try to talk to him, his companion wheel is not there. For this quest, I tell them all to side with the NCR, Orion storms out, I chase him and convince him to stay. I go in, get power armor training, and leave. I've watched videos, and I know when I exit the bunker to the wasteland, Arcade is supposed to talk to me about fighting or staying in Freeside, which he doesn't. When I go to talk to him, he just says "Hey.", no companion wheel or anything. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a glitch?

2. I want to get the Great Khans to fight alongside the NCR at the Hoover Damn. My guide said that during the quest I should've killed Papa Khan and the asked Regis. I missed that train, but am still trying after the quest, and all I can say to Regis after the deed has been done is simply "Goodbye.", not even anything else. Did I miss my opportunity, or is there still hope of this being patched?

3. Now, I want to get the Brotherhood of Steel to fight with the NCR at the Hoover Damn, in order to do so I have to finish "Eyesight to the Blind" so that I become a Paladin and can convince Elder McNamara to ally with the NCR. So i finished "Still in the Dark" and waited approximately 8 in-game days before returning to the Hidden Valley. So I returned, an he still said that he needs time to lift the lockdown. I read something online that said if you have Veronica as a follower to complete her quest first, so I completed her quest and then waited about another 8 days in-game, and returned. I talked to him again, but no cigar. I then completed the free quest involving the laser pistol, waited another 8 days in-game, and he still didn't budge. I did not say anything to Paladin Hardin about McNamara during or after "Still in the Dark". I know this one is a glitch, does anyone know any way to avoid it or if it will be patched

Thank you for any help. I would also like to know if these potential glitches will be accounted for in the next patch, and any other information.

1. Most probably the scripting bug, where NPC's are not properly recognizing events (has happened with bringing Veronica to speak with Elder McNamara and trying to stop the spy at McCarren, in both cases dialogue did not initiate halting the quest). Easiest fix (at least for me) was to reload the most recent save and try again, usually got it right after 2nd or 3rd time. Also make sure Arcade is actually your companion, I don't mean to insult your intelligence as you probably know that, but don't expect him to just teleport out of nowhere.

2.You'll want to wait a little while. Wait until Regis goes to his tent (just outside the longhouse to your right as you're leaving thru the front door). Address him about joining the NCR there and you should be fine. Also after Papa dies Khan NPCs are then scripted to kill Karl, the Legion envoy. If they don't for some reason, make sure he dies (not sure if necessary but seems like a trigger for Regis' dialogue). Killing Karl has no effect on your relation with the Great Khans.

3. Have similar issue. Have completed all available quests even the unmarked one as mentioned above. Possible remedies that have been recommended are waiting outside of McNamara's cell (L2 of the BoS bunker) as time spent waiting in the same cell does not count towards time needed. A possible bug at the root of this may be the "always Sunday" bug listed on these forums. Going to check if I am affected as that might be important if McNamara's trigger is dependent on the day and not actual time spent in between you finishing Still in the Dark.
