I vaguly recall from FO3 you could get the standard BOS power armor or you could get the scout armor. Less DT, but it had bunos to agil i think or bonusu to sneak.

You may be thinking of recon armor, with a bonus to sneak. But it is not power armor. It's a light armor.

BoS Scouts wear Recon Armor in the last quest for McNamara so I guess it's that one you mean. It's medium armor - to my huge sneak+light travel disappointment. 20 pounds, 17 DT (like reinforced combat), I don't feel it's a good bargain over V34 Security, but then again, it looks kind of cooler - if only it was light not medium.

CSA is light as well, but stupid V34 just have whole 5 point over it.....

The Scouts wear Recon Armor. Which ironically is the undersuit to T-45d and T-51d Brotherhood Power Armor if I remember right.

The armor you're referring to is either the Ranger Battle Armor (from Reilly's Rangers) or the Chinese Stealthsuit. But none of these give an Agility bonus. In fact, no armor in Fallout 3 give Agility bonuses except some clothes, according to the Fallout wiki (unless I overlooked something).

The Power Armors, however, give you Agility penalties usually. Enclave is +1 STR and -1 AGI, while Brotherhood is +2 STR and -2 AGI. Hellfire is +1 STR and no penalty. There's the Winterized Power Armor that looks exactly like the standard PA of New Vegas and previous Fallout game. The Standard PA in Fallout 3 is a different design and is different from the Brotherhood's in New Vegas.

V34 Sec. Armor is awesome.

Generally speaking there are enough armor options IMHO.
