Hey for anyone who has gotten to this point.. maybe you could help me out? So I bought the house in Whiterun from Proventus, which sapped all of my gold except for 2 septims. Now when I go back to Proventus the 'House additions' is not even an option. I can't have my house look like crap forever. Help!

It was "how do I decorate my house?" and he kindly offers and gives you your options.

Ok people sorry. False alarm.. kind of. It wasn't an option soon after buying the house... I'm thinking it was because my housecarl was inside the house when I went back to see Proventus. Hmm.

Ok if anyone else has a problem similar to this, I've discovered you can only ask Proventus about the house decorations during certain times of the day. Similar to store vendors.
