i have been wondering this for a while but witch it better/ which do you prefer? I know you will all say its mainly on what kind of playthough you are doing ie mage warrior etc but when answering this dont think about what kind of character you have think about the advantages and disadvantages of them both.
alot of people say normal swords are better because you can buff them up, enchant them and have different looking swords through out your play though but i have seen that some perks in conjuration really buff up the bound swords.(because lets face it if you are using bound it would be best to train conjuration aswell) but how much does it buff them? does it come close to a full legendary enchanted sword?

as for me i kinda think bound swords would be cool because you can just summon and put away as your will, and some perks seem like they give really awesome buffs to the bound sword ( banishing any summon with one hit and i think soul steal?) but then again i love being able to have different kinda of swords and enchant them to what suits me.

normal bound weapons do the same damage as an untempered orcish sword
with mystic binding they're the same as untempered daedric.

if you temper at all, bound weapons are pretty underwhelming

I don't like how when I summon a sword it takes forever to conjure and I always take a few hits so I say a physical sword is better. Plus you can smith and enchant physical swords while with the bound sword you have to level up one handed and conjuration to give it more power and I do not think you can hit the cap with it but I may be wrong.

Oh and the only pro for bound weapons that I can think of is that they are weightless.
