Do bound swords raise one-handed?

I am looking to make an arcane bladesman character. He uses bound swords, but this means he'll need to also improve one-handed. Does using a bound sword also improve my one-handed, or just conjuration as I cast it?

Yes, it raises one-handed. If casted while near an enemy or in a fight, I believe it raises your conjuration.
