There is this new technology out called mathematics. It's quite new and not fully tested yet, but I think if you give it a shot, it might help. ;)

i tried to test it
with just hitting something and counting in how many hits it dies
and if i recal right it did slighty more damage then my ancient nordic sword which was 10 damage at the time with no skills invested in onehanded

Bound weapons are daedric weapons called in from oblivion. That is why they only last a short time.

Daedric weapons are the best in the game in terms of base damage.

Aren't the bound weapons just Daedric swords? I would think they would do some good damage.

lol I love the sarcastic comments on this forum. I was looking for an exact number like how my ancient nord sword does 41 damage. Was wondering if it would be worth it to start upgrading conjuration to use for swords. I guess its not in the game and you just have to experiment, ill stick with steel.

The damage on magical cast weapons depneds on points put into magika, total magika, and some traits on equipped gear.

THey do well when you have them it's not until later levels that they are very potent and destructive.
