Just wandering if there are any bounty missions or any other missions that fit a bounty hunter. I know there are some in Goodneighbor, but want to know if there are any other? Thx in advance

Yes in Diamond City. There are "wanted" posters on a bulletin board in the market place.

Isn't there just one? Apparently it never refreshes.

It's supposed to refresh every time you complete a prior contract from it.

What it is, is a trigger for a radient quest that assigns you to kill an enemy target in a location.

Doesn't the Institite have radiant quests where you hunt down escaped synths?

I've done a few of them.

There is something wrong in with the Diamond City bounty board. On my firsts playthrough, there was never a single notice on it. On my second, I found a notice twice and after than no more, even though I have cleared the location long ago.

By the way, having a couple of bounty hunting /bail bonds agencies with radiant quests would be neat.
