Long story short - I can't do anything about being "wanted" in any single keep (Apart from raising it by killing guards)
Can't use Thieves Guild bribe (or speech bribe)[1,5k+)
Paying bounty as you normally do - boom. Game freezes and I have to drag my lazy a** all the way from the bed to the console to do a hard restart.
Trying to serve jail sentence - boom. Game freezes and I have to drag my lazy a** all the way from the bed to the console to do a hard restart.

Happened after killing the "fake emperor" (Arrow to the head instead of poisoning), went back to clean up the sanctuary, set off after the real emperor and got stuck ...

Any ideas anyone ?

EDIT - One of the two seem to have cured it.

1 - Finishing dark brotherhood quest line (Real emperor dies)
2 - Dropping everything from inventory into a chest and paying bounty. (I blame this personally. There's been a fair bit of stuff in my inventory)
