Bow combat on horse crosshair is gone? INI issue? : V

Anyone know why my cross hair is not viable now when I am on a horse with a bow?

I am not sure when this started as I have not shot a bow on a horse for several weeks.

Is this an INI setting?

NO MODs loaded but SkyUI and DG and the unofficial patches and my own combat mod and I know I do not do that!

No clue. The only thing I know that will do that is mods that tweak hud incorrectly.
