Breezehome CTD's : V

So I've been reading about how people are getting CTD's going into Breezehome with Hearthfire installed. As far as I can tell I don't have any mods that alter Breezehome in any way and I'm running the latest Unofficial Patches for Skyrim, Dawnguard and Hearthfire but I still CTD when entering Breezehome. Is there anything else I can do to fix this? Here is my mod load order.
