So I made a new character and bought the Breezehome in Whiterun. When I bought the alchemy stand, my 500 septims were taken but the option was there to buy the stand again just faded out. When I returned to my house, the stand wasn't there. No matter how many times I buy the stand, it's never there.

That just means 1.7 didn't fix that glitch from 1.6.

I just started a new char with 1.7, got all the upgrades for breezehome and have no problems whatsoever so far.

only happens with dawnguard installed

I have not gotten the DLC yet, been holding off, though I rarely have probs with skyrim anyways
