After realizing for Years i wonder what the Breton are they are British Celt's but the word of there race is actually the Language they celts spoke what the percentage was actually french spoke more of Breton than the British celts. here is the Link as well so my Fellow TES fans can have a look and read Hopefully i helped with this mystery
