Bright Water at night on ENB - How to Fix? : V

I know this is possible because I've seen a fix elsewhere and some ENB's I've seen dont have this issue. But google is giving zero answers.

Basically, I am using http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/822/ (Skyrim Enhanced Shaders).

I love the look of everything. However, at night, the water appears to be "bright", as well as particle effects, in that they are unaffected by darkening.

Is it possible to fix? How would I do so?
