He's signed on for a year through WrestleMania 29 next year!

And I'm calling it: Brock and Cena at WM29, but please do not make it the main event, like that boring Cena/Rock match at WM28.

They are probably trying to have Cena make the slow transition to heel, since being a face is not doing him any good. So losing to the Rock, and jobbing to Brock are big blows to his character. People just don't like that guy. I got no problem with Cena personally, but he is a boring wrestler, hence my feelings about the main event at WM28. I fell asleep on that match.

As for Brock, he should not have left the WWE in the first place, much less left with a bad taste in fans mouth at WM20.

Rock isn't that Rock anymore. He tries to be, but it's obvious he's not really feeling that character anymore.

@the OP, I think you and I are the only people on this forum that actively keep up with wrestling. Sorry to say but your thread is going to be spammed by the people here with [censored] that has nothing to do with the topic.

Far out, man. I really need to go and see Hawkwind again some time. Are any of them still not into their 90s?

Groovy, thanks for the heads up! I must admit I've become very wary of Hawkwind albums, seen so many re-releases of those live recordings from about 1980-ish; I mean they're not bad, but there's only so many times I want to see the same stuff released under different names... Dunno if the band has all that much control over that stuff, though.

I thought you meant Brock Samson from the Venture Brothers.

WWE, who...cares?

Edit: guess it would've helped if I read all the replies in the thread. It would seem the Brock Samson joke was made already.
I was hoping for Brock Samson as well. :)

Sorry, I laughed at some of the posts, but the first thing I thought when I saw this thread was "wtf? I'm still here and have been back for a while now...." My first name is Brock.

As to the subject, I've never been into wrestling or cage fighting, so if you're excited, good for you, my interests lie elsewhere.

Terra Nova, they're talking about Rock vs. Lesnar for the WWE title at WM 29. Rock said last night on RAW that he's not finished and he's going to try to win the title one more time is. Maybe Lesnar vs. Cena at Summerslam?

Cena is played out. His gimmick has been too stale for too long now. He got crazy Heat last night.

He better hope the script writers agree.

I mean, he better bring his A game and try his best and all that.

I do.
I don't blame him. He got his ass handed to him so many times in UFC fights he's much better off acting in a male soap oper-- I mean wrasslin'.
Agreed. And don't forget when the Minnesota Vikings kicked his ass when he tried out
