My characters has been walking around with a broken arm for a while now. cant seem to figure out how to fix it. my limbs are at 100% and i have used numerous stimpacks. any ideas? cant seem to find anything anywhere. I have been to a dr in vault 81, this did not help. tried stimpacks, changing items. My left arm is always in a sling position. nothing I do gets it to go away. any ideas?

Try breaking it again and see if it overrides the glitch
