it's bad enough i have 8 broken quests in my journal to visit skald to get my bounty(hes still in power, and there are no bounties to get money for, unless i get new ones, but the old ones stay in journal), but now they are pouring in.

seriously, a delete(with 2 yes to delete options) option would of been nice.

Quests are too easily broken sadly. Dawnguard is completely messed up for radiant quests on the Vampire side.
