On the Quests Season Unending and Joining the Stormcloaks I can't finish them because when I try to talk to Ulfric Stormcloak to do Season Unending all he says is: Talk to galmar he has something for you to do. Ok i'll talk to Galmar nope all he says when I talk to him is: I don't know how you got ulfric to talk the empire. This makes it so I can't finish either quests and I believe Season Unending is a story mission so I can't finish the story.

Has any one else had this happen to them?

I've got the exact same problem on my PC version. EXACT same problem. Haven't found a fix yet, sadly. :/

I know I hope they fix it I don't want to have to start a new character to finish the story line

I am currently on the quest "The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller" at the point where the three stones are supposed to light up in order to open the 3 gates and retrieve the horn, but the stones do not light up or do anything at all. I have tried every possible course of action aside from starting a new game to get this quest to work but the stones will not react for 3 days now and I cannot finish my game.

There is no in game solution such as me missing a part of the quest or anything like that, the stones simply do not work.
