I though I would make this post for all those having issues upgrading weapons and armor. I myself am having a few issues and i also wanted to know if others were too.

Weapon - Nord Hero Bow
Issue - 100 smithing, all perks, but I am unable to upgrade the Nord Hero Bow at all, even though I have upgraded the Nord Hero Greatsword to Legendary

Weapon - Wuuthrad
Issue - I can upgrade other unique weapons like Mace of Molag Bal hwoever I cant upgrade this at all?

Armour - Blade Armour
Issue - I am unable to upgrade the armor above flawless, even though I have a set of Dragonbone Plate and Daedric and I've upgraded both to legendary

No glitches, that's how it is for everyone.

So you're saying its just me not being able to upgrade some weapons? How you can you speak for everyone, you have no idea what issues others are having. Why am I able to upgrade every bow in the game to legendary except the Nord Hero bow? Why can I upgrade other unique weapons but not Wuuthrad? Is it meant to be like this, is another one of the many glitches i'm having with my game?

Yes I just lied to you for no obvious reason ....

I tend to read a lot of posts around here, and have seen many people state that Wuuthrad cannot be upgraded, and I myself have tried. I also cannot upgrade the Blades set beyond flawless, and once again I have seen others stating that cannot be upgraded beyond flawless.

As for the bow, I don't have it myself but it would be no stretch of the imagination to say that it Cannot be upgraded. Just like many other unique item's cannot be upgraded.

For example I use the Shield of Ysgramor for it's enchantments, it cannot be upgraded. Which svcks but you don't see me getting my panties in a bunch over it.

As for why some unique items cannot be upgraded, I don't know I didn't design the game or its rules, but I would assume the idea is that those specific few are seen as being powerful enough to not need to be upgraded.

I know I wasn't angry at you I am just annoyed I can upgrade the other nord hero weapons but not the bow. svcks about the blades armor, what's the point then when Legendary steel is way better. Also I am unable to upgrade iron to legendary, is this the same as the blades armor? Bit silly really that I get legendary steel and dragon but not iron. I actually like the iron armor and want to wear it to create a challenge for my warrior but guess i'll go with steel instead then if i can;t fully upgrae it. I know sounds stupid but thats just me.
