One game I really had fun with despite the constant barrage of pop-ups was Earth 2025 AD *Think that was it* which was run by swirve or whoever it was. Sadly trying to find the game again I learned that after 7 years they decided to drop it due to the problem of maintaining the code for it in a new age of online browsers and server systems.
Hemp Tycoon is kind of funny on the advlt Swim website with that goofy spin-off of farmville. However it gets boring due to the predictability of it and how there's no real interaction except for online scores. I would HIGHLY recommend Robot Unicorn Attack Heavy Metal edition which is awesome. It takes some serious skill to play when you get beyond 5k points.
Another extremely FUN game was Dark Galaxy where you had to colonize planets, setup bases, etc... within an allotted time letting the turns for the buildings/ships to be completed. Unfortunately the creator of it shut it down for now since he/she wants to focus on different ventures. Many people including myself offered up our services to keep the game running. I was told it took about 1 Terabyte of bandwith to run the game *have like 15k Gigabytes of bandwith per month not sure if that means 15 Terabytes* and was happy to try.
Other than those it's really hard to say I don't do browser games all that much and most are sadly on Facebook. Refuse to infect my computer with that social media crap that is Facebook, Twitter, etc... .
