I've looked in the Creation Kit and couldn't find anything about it.

They are not married. This is simply a piece of fan misinformation, likely spread because of Erikur's habit of sitting close to Bryling in the Palace.

Bryling herself prefers Falk for her partner, and Erikur loves only two things: himself and money.

ES wikia disappoints me to no end.

It's wholly impossible for them to be married. Erikur is already married to his money.

And he prefer Bosmer women, anyway. I wonder, if you play as a Bosmer female, will he hit on you? (Probably not. But it would be fun if he did. If you could tell him to [censored] off.)
