My character has gotten an arrow through it's head, luckely just missing the brain. Problem is that it doesn't seem to go away, not even between saves and restarting the game and loading back

I got an arrow too, another bug I have is when I block and the time slows down (perk) it stays that way, pretty annoying. Everything is slow-mo except my character and I can't get rid off it unless I load an earlier save
