OK here are the steps to the crash...

1. Steel Dagger, Paralyse, Any Soul Gem
2. Name it "NI" (as in the Knights who go NI)
3. Craft item.
4. Works first time.
5. Repeat.
6. As soon as you hit craft the Xbox 360 locks up solid.
