As the topic description says, did the recent patch fix it? I am on a new playthrough barely started the game.

What is this bug? This causes the followers to have bad ending all the time.
There was a fix on newvegasnexus that changed one variable, and if they idolize you, it enables that dialogue and they have a good ending.

Just wanna check if it they fixed it so i dont have to use a mod fix?
