My quest log and markers return me to Farkas in whiterun, however upon tallking to him there is not chat option for completing the quest. There is an option to ask him if he has any work, and he says that I should finish the job Aela gave me. I don't currently have one with Aela.

Other notes:

Aela is my wife and companion
I tried the cave a while back, and couldnt do it so left it for a bit
I completed a seperate quest Aela gave me
I then completed killed the guy for Trouble in Skyrim
I returned to Farkas, following my quest markers and I have no option or prompt to complete the quest.
