After around 15 hours progress, I worked more on the main quest. I'm now at Season Unending, but theres a problem; I can't talk to Ulfric. He tells me "Galmar gave you something to do, so go do it!"
Well, I figured I should go do it to see if it worked. I finished the "Join the Stormcloaks" by killing the Ice Wraith, and then I returned to the Palace of Kings. I tried to talk to Galmar; no use. He said something along the lines of "I can't believe you got Ulfric to talk to the Empire," so I said, okay whatever. I then tried to talk to Ulfric. That also didn't work. He said "Speak to Galmar" again. Now, I'm stuck with this. My earliest save before all of this was with 3 hours of progress.
If anyone could please help me, I'd extremely appreciate it.. I don't want to re-do all that I've done.

Really? I'm glad I'm not the only one, but it svcks you're stuck too. Hopefully we can find something to remedy this. For now, I've made a stealth-based character for fun while I wait a bug-fix or a temp fix.

Yea it really does svck i tried everything, tried to kill the one guy you have to talk too and he wont die and well nothing works, looked at console commands to find a command to complete a quest and it doesnt work either. Im just going off and doing random quest, waiting to see if they fix this bug. If not ill have to restart which will svck but maybe i have an excuse to use godmode or just do some console commands to get my character to about the same point he is now

Yeah I've tried all of that too. Really does svck. We'll see what happens, though. Hopefully they fix it.

I'm also stuck with the same issue... As this is the main quest, I really hope they'll fix it sometime soon.

I already got stuck several times before this as well (like Alduin not appearing in the elder scroll flashback), although in those cases I was able to find ways around the problem...can't seem to find any solution to this one though...
