I know there is already a post about this but it is 2 years old. When I into the Redoran's Retreat for a mission and cleaned out the chest the Book called Souls Black and White. I took it out of the chest with out knowing it was a quest item. Now I just gotten the quest to go and find the book and I can't give it to the orc and the chest is empty.

As far as I know, there's no way to fix it on Xbox. Sorry
