Whent entering helios one tower for completing a RNC quest my character started walking really slow, as if i had exceded my weight limit, although i haven't. Im not suffering from any disease (crippled, radiation, hugry, ...) and when i jump i can walk as normal for a couple of secs but it gets the same after that. Please help i would really appreciate it. AH, and i can't go and charged my last saved game as i overwrite it by mistake. Thank you in advance.

Are you on pc? You might have to hit caps lock to put it back on to always run.
