So, referring to the title topic, the safe I am talking about is the one that is underwater right before you get to Daud's base. I have the note from the previous with the combination "4 2 8." The problem is the middle dial has no 2, i.e., it goes 1, 5, 3, 4... so I can never get it open. Is there a workaround for this? (X360)

edit: nvm, reloading a save before I entered the area worked fine.
