Hmm well, I tried to marry Aela the Huntress ( or her name is something like this ), she told me to go to the priest which is one that appear one time in the Inn in Riften. People say that he wanders around, but in my map his location is out of being reachable, I bet he is bugged as I never found him and have been looking for 30min,I tried skipping time too ( likely 12pm, 6pm,12am) and he isn't even in the Temple of Mara and now I am with this quest that can't be completed. Also, I can't upgrade my house in Whiterun, in the game manual it says to go to the steward to check house upgrades but he just doesn't give any or ask for money to upgrade my house and I have got already 7000 gold or something around this :<

The npc was bugged as I thought, I have used the console command TCL to go through the city to get to him, he was in an "outside" area bugged, I got the screenshot in my Steam anyway. Still I spoke to him and the marriage went normal, Whiterun steward only upgrade the house around 8am when he is going downstairs to the king
