Bugs, bugs and more bugs! :

Im making this topic having just encountered a bug that i cannot possibly fix without restarting my entire character at this point.

A Cornered Rat never started, Bjol-whatever only talks about thieves guild nonsense and E... En... whatever that guys name is wont talk to me either.
I departed from the main quest after completing diplomatic immunity and since then have completed the companions and dark brotherhood questlines, and lots of general exploring on top of that, so i dont have a save from before that time.

...other bugs ive encounted...

Shouts rarely work if i have a weapon out...
Press RB, nothing... nothing... nothing... put my weapon away, There it is!
if i go on the menu, it says "Cannot change shouts while shouting" and they are all greyed out.

My restoration magic seems to be worse now that im dual casting it. What is the point?

Ive crashed every time i was locked inside the Night Mothers Coffin...
the only solution was to wait inside, then let it crash and load the autosave.

EVERYTIME i enter Markarth (is it?) the game crashes, which is a result of that conspiracy quest.
I refused to work in their mine, but they didnt catch me and ask me to until i was inside of the Understone-whatever returning a bounty. Every single guard followed me out, and i had to take all my amour off and use whirlwind rush in order to make it to the exit without a crash. Havent had any quests in there since, but its a big problem should i ever have to go there.

Did you even bother to beta test this game? these are not easily missed problems. Im gonna mod the PC version and see if i can fix this crap myself.

Edit: I almost forgot, im so used to it now.
When i open most menus... the radial menu, the pause menu and the favourites menu... sometimes shops... it will not respond (A button works, up and down do not) until i click the left thumbstick... i just click it everytime now.

oh, im remembering them in waves >.>

Save in front of somebody, decapitate them, load... their head is broken... decapitate them again, load, they are invisible.

That first Circle quest where you go to a ruin, if you load the autosave it makes at the entrance, the old man (im not good with names) teleports to Whiterun.

If you load a save you made in the overworld that was during combat, all of the quest markers will tell you to go into a nearby cave, and do not change until you move a long distance away, or load again.
