Have had Skyrim since its release. Up through patches 1.4, I know there were quests in Markarth (Forsworn Conspiracy, I think) and Dawnstar (Waking Nightmare) that couldn't be completed because of bugs.
I have a NEW computer and have started a new character. I note that my patches on the new one are now up through 1.7 +.
My question: Have those two quests been fixed and can now be completed? Any help appreciated. Thanks
